Account and Sales Manager

My responsibility is to learn about the client's project and hand over the project to the project manager who is familiar with the client's language needs and project type. I expect to have the project delivered to me earlier than the client's deadline to make sure the project is up to specifications. My job is to deliver the completed project to the client on time.

Bilingual Project Managers

Our job is to find the appropriate translators that are best equipped to do the job. We may also do some preparation work so the translators can begin as quickly and efficiently as possible. After we get the translations back from the translators, we make sure that the work was done as requested before forwarding it to the editing team. A project manager may also serve as an editor depending on the language and project type. After editing, the translation should be completed and ready to be sent to the graphics team for any typesetting or localization work if needed. Before delivering it to the account manager, we will then send the completed project to our quality assurance team to make sure that the project is up to the standards and exceeds the expectations of the client.

Translation Team

We have years of experience translating and also do additional market research to make sure that the translations are up to industry standards. We utilize translation memory software that can memorize translations for consistency, accuracy and quicker turnarounds.

Editing Team

We not only take a second look at the translations but also do additional market research in the case that there are better word choice alternatives. Translators are humans too, so we also look to correct any mistakes in the translation.

Software and Graphics Team

We are graphic and web designers who are also knowledgeable in foreign language. This allows us to make sure that the language is typeset correctly and that foreign-language characters are displayed properly.

Quality Assurance Team

Our goal is to ensure that the best attention to quality was given to each and every project, no matter how big or small. If we find something that does not meet our high quality standards, we will forward the project back to the project manager to help ensure that it meets our standards before it is delivered to the client.
